Description
Blocking off a major artery between Lincoln and Fruitvale sends more traffic further down Fruitvale before cars are able to access Lincoln. There is also no stop signs to facilitate turning into Lincoln unlike at Tiffin. This will cause more accidents. This short portion of Tiffin provides access for most of Oakmore to Lincoln and as such to Highway 13.
Especially during early mornings , no one is using the closed street as a area to walk or play.
NO CHOICE OF TIFFIN IN THE DROP DOWN OFTHE CORRIDORS, SO IGNORE THE COORIDOR CHOSEN AS I COULD NOT PROCEED WITHOUT A CHOICE

We live on tiffin bw Lincoln and Fruitvale. It has been great having less traffic for pedestrians and bikers.
This corridor/artery is too heavily trafficked “normally”
We see kids and adults alike using the roads. It feels and is a lot safer. It’s a slow street, not closed.
Actually feels like a neighborhood again vs an thoroughfare for vehicles.
There is an area where it is closed off for a block (don’t think this is the city, I think it’s the block residents). (We noticed it changed from a slow street to blocked off block recently). Kids are there a lot on the afternoon an evening (not sure if morning as not walking at that time). We avoid it now (for walks) bc too many kids/adults hanging around so doesn’t feel good for social distancing, but is safer for kids.

If this section was closed it be barricaded on all sides to not allow any passage.

That’s nice, bit would rather them spend our money on paving our roads then printing green signs for barricades. .
