Description
The utility pole in my alley was replaced about a year ago and the phone lines were left down for several weeks. When they were finally put back on the pole, they were pulled very tight. Now, the one going to my neighbor's house has pulled away from his wall and is drooping into my yard (about 4 ft from the ground).
