Description

My apartment complex is divided by a fence to my neighbor Flair Wood Apartments. Trash is thrown down the hill to the fence line which backs up to my tenants back door. There is household trash, bikes, tires, dirty diapers, whiskey bottles, etc. and seems it would be an environmental and health issue. I have made this complaint numerous times and the officer comes out and looks at it and there is really nothing he can do. This is such a nuisance an eye sore. My tenants should not have to live in trash because code enforcement will not enforce Flair Wood to clean up their property. They do not frequently have their dumpsters emptied and they overflow and then the overflow blows down the hill. Please have this property owner clean up the trash. Their property is so poorly kept that they attract people there that are heavy in crime and takes away from the surrounding area. Most units are boarded up from crime/drugs and police are constantly there, Memphis and Flair Wood can and should do better. We don't have to let our areas get to this standard. The good citizens who live on that property deserve better. My tenants deserve better. I would appreciate if someone could handle this issue.
