Description
This is a town wide issue. There are some vehicles that occasionally travel through Randolph with extremely loud car stereos, they are so loud you can hear them 1/4 mile away and when they pass the house the windows rattle. These overpowered stereos are undoubtedly causing hearing loss of both driver and passengers as well as being detrimental to pedestrians and homeowners alike. Additionally, this is a public safety issue when operators of these vehicles are unable to hear approaching fire and police vehicles due to the noise from their stereos. I hope there is a way that RPD can effectively deal with this issue.

Umm, I have an app for sound. But by the time I grab my phone and touch on that app, the noise is gone. Kind of dumb. I understand that the enforcers would have to be there at the time of the noise.
Kind of like those that let off illegal fireworks and big explosions, and drive randomly throughout our town. Guessing we need to get licence plates to give you guys something to work with?

Please do NOT close this complaint, just because I added in another about fireworks and explosions. My complaint should have been posted separately!
Please keep focused on the original complaint that had to do with Loud Car Stereo's Rattling Windows.
