How to I verify when a crosswalk was painted? I received two tickets for parking in a crosswalk when there was no crosswalk on the ground (if there was it was extremely faint). Up until that point, people had parked there all the time and ever received a ticket. I notices a few weeks later the crosswalk was painted over fresh.
