Description

I've heard VDOT is updating all the bridges. They skipped the bridge on 64 (East and Westbound) between I-95 and Mechanicsville Turnpike. They continue to patch the bridge, but not repave as they have done to other bridges. I have a video on my phone. Not sure how to upload it.
