Apparently there are residents who are unaware of 2 things:
1. The correct day for pick-up & number of days ahead can be placed at THEIR curb.
2. ALL garbage, trash, recycle, etc.. is only picked up from VALID, PAYING addresses. They do not just drive a specific route and pick up everything that's out there. So they do not pick up from non-paying or abandoned properties, or even townhome complexes who have private resources (since the city refunds their garbage pickup fees.)
If there is any way to determine who placed these items out, they need to be informed, or they will continue.
