Description

On ramp to 128 S. had been built with two lanes that merge into one. The paint divider has since worn off. Currently a Waltham police officer has taken it upon himself to block the legal turn lane so that the on ramp is now hey smaller single lane. This backs up traffic around the pond rotary all the way to Wyman Street.
