I have been hitting this large hump for months now. it is very jarring, especially at night when you can't see it, it's like hitting a speed bump at 30mph. it looks like some asphalt has been applied around it, but that's not good enough. The hump needs to be removed and flattened, not just turned into a big ramp in the middle of 16th St.
