Please report the Liquor store to Calif ABC 510-622-4970 they do not want to see loitering, litter or graffiti. The OPD emergency number is 510-777-3211. Sadly thanks to prop 47 and this so called no bail required pandemic it is catch and release over and over. Oh I see that they were detained?

To many stolen vehicles at that location and also smashed windows to all the neighbors at Ritchie and Mackarthur some neighbors have videos they should start an investigation this is going out of control
