Description

Cars are increasingly parking/standing for long periods in the fire lanes of Roseville shopping centers.

This is getting worse with the colder weather. After you drop someone off to go in the store, go park in the back of the parking lot and have them call you when they done. Its rather a simple and courteous thing to do. Other people want to shop too!
