Thank you for reporting this location. I have forwarded the concern to the appropriate Supervisor and the location will be addressed as soon as possible. We are currently facing a large volume of drainage concerns. Our process is to prioritize urgent situations requiring immediate action. All drains will be tended to eventually. Not sure why your truck backed up to this drain and decided not to address it earlier this week when your workers were already in the neighbourhood? We think this drain is blocked by something other than ice, we have been pumping it out three days in a row. Please re-open this request.

I live in the same area and back yard is flooding because Ivy Lake can’t drain off as I believe the SE corner culvert is frozen off

Would you be able to give me a exact address for your concern Airblais and I will let our crews know there is an issue.

My address is 10119 90A street. I back onto Ivy Lake. But, I believe the drainage issue is at the SE corner of the pond where it normally drains out.
