I would suggest you call the Police Department at 610-935-2440, ask to speak to the Chief, and find out why they don't enforce the many ordinances and laws regarding: pedestrians in crosswalks; parking close to intersections; cars parked on public streets with expired inspection and/or registration; out of state registrations that have been in town for many months; etc.
