Description

it looks like someone removed two wheels from a car license plate 7EYD 951 dumped out a bunch of CDs on the street, and left a bunch of other loose garbage on the sidewalk adjacent to this car with the missing wheels. it doesn't seem right. two cars further up the road license plate 6ppu541 has its right rear window broken, along with the glass sprinkled alongside it. A brown Honda CRV. the first car is a black Toyota sedan. please see the photograph
