I think the city should consider not allowing people to park on the street between fifth ave and sixth ave on tenth street east. It becomes very congested in the morning before school, after school and after work. There are cars, buses and people on bikes weaving in and out around these parked cars, considering everyone has back lane parking there is no reason for anyone to park on the street.This needs to be addressed, the traffic on this street is increasing every year due to its access to downtown, winter is much worse.
