i live in arizona and if this was to happen here someone would be in trouble what are keeping the police dept and the animal control so busy that they can't come to see what this poor dog is going through ,no animal should be put through this no water or food for days that crazy i would contact the sherriff joe in phoenix arizona @602-876-0322

owner must have been tipped or something. Now she only ties the dog out for about 45 minutes and then brings it indoors. Still too long for a dog to be tied outside.

No animal control in Pontiac. Call the TV stations, they seem to be the only one to get results....

did you try calling Michigan Animal Rescue League? They are in Pontiac. If they cant help you maybe they can direct you to someone who can.

Or else, publish the address and maybe some how the dog will "get out" and on to a better home!

What is the exact address? PPD is in charge of this issue! This is a crime. MHS and Oakland County Animal Control really can't do anything; but if enough people speak up Pontiac can allow the county to come take the dog to a safer place!! Keep trying!!! Don't give up!!!

I just called the Pontiac PD they said they no longer have an animal control office but if you call them with the address they will let the Oakland county animal welfare officer know and give them permission to handle it. I told them there were several outraged people & we would keep calling them until they helped this poor dog. :) They just need the address. Dont give up! Please call and give them the address!

Don't have an exact address as we don't know if the house is on Stanley or Emiry. House number is 765 but again, not sure what street as it sits on the corner of 3 streets (Kinney/Emiry/Stanley).
Dog has now resorted to eating snow from driving by and checking on him. Sometimes it's out and sometimes it's not. Have seen it running the street twice to be brought back by 2 young children (boy and girl).
The dog can be seen tied to the fence off of Kinney St. There is a driveway on that road but it's not the front of the house. So not quite sure of an address. I would ask the lady when she does come out to bring the dog in but with my temper, I may just let her have an earfull.

NO SHELTER - WHERE ARE HUMANE OFFICIALS?

Is the dog at 767 Emiry still being left outside? Will the person who posted this let us know if you are still seeing the dog left without food, water or shelter in these freezing temps? Officials have been by to locate the dog but haven been unsuccessful.

Haven't seen the dog since Friday..I was waiting for the usual morning drive on Monday to see if he/she is out again. I noticed it's chain is no longer attached to the fence so I'm not sure what's up.
Will update again tomorrow on whether its out or not.
Maybe an organization has already taken the dog but again, can't say this for sure. I've called everyone I could think of calling.

Haven't seen the dog since Friday jan 28. Will keep #'s and organizations handy in case dog
