Thank you for contacting the City regarding this issue. The area of concern is maintained by the commercial property owner. The City will work to identify the responsible party and instruct them to resolve the issue.

@City of Alpharetta. Can you provide an update on this issue. It has been a long time and no progress has been made. Has the owner been contacted. The situation continues to get worse. Any feedback another than ignoring my request again would be greatly appreciated.

So excited, approaching the one year anniversary and nothing done yet

We apologize for the appearance that this issue was dropped. The Code Enforcement Office had been working with the ownership on requested landscaping upgrades when COVID hit and the restaurant closed. The location is now under different control and we have begun again the landscape discussions. We have had one meeting to discuss issues and are meeting again this week this week with the Landscape Architect for a more in-depth review and plan. We have pushed the sidewalk and right of way issues and will be sure everything gets reviewed.

Any update on this. I see that other bushes in the area have been trimmed down but these bushes have not.

We are still working on a responsible party. The property is in bankruptcy and will take time to work through.
