The stairwell and ramp here are inadequate. People with bikes may not be able to carry the bike up the stairs as seen here with a large cargo bike. Also going up and down the ramp obstructs it for other users and in some cases a large bike like show is very hard to navigate the 180 degree turn on the ramp. This is a major entrance/exit to the greenway/waterfront as well as businesses. Please make the staircase wider and add a "wheeling ramp" to allow people with bikes to easily roll the bicycle up. Otherwise users with kids might be force to ride in the road in Lake Street which has no bike facilities.
