After the water pipe break was repaired and re-covered, about two days later a "lump" of the pavement was "growing" out of the road like a festeringwart. It has been growing steadily since; when the streets swept on Friday the 13th, the driver stopped and took a picture from his smart phone, (because it was quite the difficult area to sweep, I guess!) Wasn't sure to mark this as a "non-pothole" because it is all above ground. The garbage trucks on the 16th of March, drove over this bump and unevenly smashed this bump to the condition in the attached photo. I did contact public works, but this is a bit of an obstacle to avoid for me and everyone in the area.
