sinking road surface. Location adjacent to manhole cover in middle of intersection of Summit at Rockbridge. issue is th is location had a rather large cave - in style sink hole a couple of years back and it appears to be recurring again. No visable void or hole in the pavement; however, the pavement seems to have recently started to sink a couple of inches down from normal.
