The GMC isn’t an abandoned vehicle, and they don’t do anything wrong, if anything all the other vans and cars are the problem.
Ive talked with the girl a few times, once when I noticed her picking up some of the trash from the other vans, she’s a sweetheart and isn’t hurting anybody…
They park there at night and most days leave during the day and come back at night.
She said if she’s there during the day it cause she uses the library Wi-Fi for work and online classes, she said the parking enforcement for the library keep harassing her that she can’t be parked in the library for more then 4h even if she’s inside or just using the Wi-Fi.
