Loose curbing. Every time the parking lot is plowed the loose curbs are pushed onto Buffington Street. It's not really a "sidewalk" problem but a roadway obstruction problem. It doesn't look bad now but after the next plowable snow event or when trailer trucks, making deliveries, push the curbs into the street, people use the openings as a driveway into the parking lot and move the curbs further into the street.
