there is 1 man that walks up and down 1st 2nd and 3rd ave doing drug deals with multiple vehicles me and my neighbors have complained called the police and nothing is done i have given discriptions and pictures of this man and his buyers to the police the worst part is he deals in the middle of the day and it amazes me how he gets away with it

eg, Sunday Jan 16 spoke with office xxx at 9 am reported a man on 1st street selling drugs to other pedestrians and to a car, green chevy, ny liscence xxxxx.

On on end there is the "if you see something, say something" and that is assumed to be sooner than later.
To the police and enforcement agencies, it's up to the police to do something... arrest them on probable cause... get out of the police car, be seen.
It is nonsense that the police can't do anything... give any one of the citizens a badge, and yeah, they'd have the sense to walk up to suspected drug dealers and see what is happening. Just say "Hi, I'm officer so and so... how are you today"...
