There was recently yet another pedestrian death on 787! And the reconstruction didn't do anything to improve the safety of Tibbits Ave. and Dyke Ave.! There is not enough overhead lighting at the intersection, and traffic still goes 65-70 mph through those intersections! There is also not enough overhead lighting on 787 from the NYS Route 7 overpass northward. This contributes to the deaths of pedestrians crossing the highway!
