Description

On Ruthven, just before Smith in the RIGHT lane, the road segment has buckled up, creating a decent sized bump that damages cars unless they drive over it at .005 miles per hour. Please add asphalt to make to make lower road segment rise gradually to meet higher segment. (Or pump concrete/dirt under lower segment somehow to lift it up)
