Description

We need a safe pedestrian crossing so people in the Chapman and Five Points area can cross over safely to Lincoln Mill, Lee High School and Jackson Way Baptist Church. Historically these neighborhoods were joined and easy to walk, but the construction of I-565 bisected the neighborhood, and the intersection of Oakwood and Andrew Jackson has no safe place for bikes and pedestrians to cross.
