Description

There is a problem with the timing of the pedestrian crossing light and the street light at the intersection of Northgate Ave and West Grand. As shown in the picture here, the pedestrian light tells pedestrians to cross West Grand at exactly the same time as it tells traffic to turn onto West Grand from Northgate, thus sending traffic into pedestrians. Doh!! The timing of the lights should be changed so that pedestrians can cross without cars being directed at them.
