I realize that Rochester Court is a tertiary road, but this morning as I was shoveling my driveway I watched a small town truck with a plow on it go through the court, but the plow was raised. So technically a plow came by, but realistically, the road is NOT plowed. It's also no different from what the town did when we had the Christmas storm.
