Police removed the vehicle (thank you OPD) but now the city needs to follow up and remove all the trash left over. debris includes SEVERAL USED NEEDLES scattered over the road and ground. several electric scooters, trash, tires, and much more. directly related to giant encampment that is not being dealt with
