Description

2020.01.24 Large organized Homeless encampment at Castro and 7th Streets all corners cover with extensive waste. Homeless encampment has tapped into City of Oakland electrical grid. Please see picture. Trash / homeless encampments are on both Caltrans and City of Oakland public properties. Lot of tires stolen bicycles, drug dealing and drug use. Open fires. Need police and many dumpsters to clear out multiple homeless encampments estimate 25 to 40 people and potential babies. May need Child & Adult Protective Services to intervene.
