Description
Now that the snow has come ,where are the sidewalks for people who need to get to the "hill" for medical appts. i have seen wheelchair bound people trying to navigate on clear roads up and down the boulevard, how are they going to get to the "hill" now with the snow all over the place.
Kingston finish putting the sidewalks in there.

it is the boulevard [ rte 32] that i am talking about. not broadway. but kingston's sidewalks are terrible almost all over the area.

This problem could be solved by connecting the new Walkill Valley Rail Trail (that currently ends at Rockwell Dr - but the tracks continue to Rt. 32) to the center of Kingston - eventually connecting to the Catskill Mountain Rail Trail and the Kingston Point Rail Trail (both of which are in planning). Get involved in helping to plan for and advocate for that. Kingston Land Trust Rail Trail Committee is probably the best group to work with on that, they are planning the "Greenline" which will connect everything.
