Description
Just had a general question here. Lived in the area for some time now and just curious why Visitor Parking passes are such an issue. My neighbors have clued me in to this and I would have to agree they are heavily abused. Even the back of the pass says beyond 3 days within Area 4 is a ticketable offense, we have people that have been using them for months on end. It seems like a situation that has just blown up to where it is now a problem, daily.
Some sort of answer on this would be greatly appreciated. It really creates an unfair environment for those that actually go through your application when getting a parking pass.
