Hemlock Rd was last plowed somewhere before 11:30 last night. The plow driver backed part way up the street and plowed out to sparks leaving much of the street unplowed. In the second picture on the right you can see where the back wheels stopped and salt was dumped but much of the street was untreated and unplowed. The street is a loop that a one ton dump can easially go around plowing, possibly even a bigger truck based on the delivery trucks that make it around the street all the time. This has been an issue for many years that the equipment sent to Hemlock rd results in it backing up hemlock road to plow out leaving the street at the end unplowed. Sometimes we get a driver that goes all the way around the loop and it is great. Can the street get plowed today? For the long term can what truck and or driver is assigned can they be instructed to clear the whole street?
