Description

When waiting to turn left from Holland onto Lynnhaven, the lights went through more than 3 cycles of traffic signals for opposing traffic on Holland and Lynnhaven, and had not turned green for the left turn from Holland to Lynnhaven. The experience was completely ridiculous and needs to be corrected!!
