Description

Sorry but i have to report an obvious sick or inebriated ansonia cop standing on the side of the road , in distress.
No construction was in progress or digging.
A bald headed one with no hat , bent over appearing to be vomiting , or a lapse of some sort.
Please do a well being check .
Maybe i will cautiously approach with camera , see if he needs help - Obviously he did - My bad , WON'T happen again
