Description
A marked crosswalk with a signal (e.g., HAWK signal) is needed at this crossing; it is directly adjacent to a transit stop, and several hundred feet from the nearest crossing/signal. There are millings in the pavement that look like they were used for pavement markings at some point in the past, but given the speeds on Michigan Ave. and the width of the crossing, something more substantial should be strongly considered.

@Michele, this is *not* a police issue, it's a DPW and/or Traffic Engineering issue. There's no law being broken right now (other than jaywalking), it's a deficiency in the infrastructure that needs to be addressed.
Please route this to DPW or Traffic Engineering instead of DPD
