On July 29, 213 I saw the person in this vehicle throw two blue batteries out of the car window. As the person drove off from the stop light she threw two more batteries out of the car window. I am tired of people littering in this city. There is usually a $500 fee associated with littering. It is my hope that someone can find this person and perhaps make them pay for being "trashy!" Either pay the fine so the city can clean up the mess or force the person to do trash duty along hwy 247. Both options seem fair.
