Description

This apartment leaves trash and debris on the sidewalk on a regular basis. This is after pickup today. By the end of the day this bag will be split open and trash all over the street. Loose cardboard from their trash pile is already across the street in front of the Blair house.

Needs to be cleaned up but apartment owners need to be ticketed if possible.
