Description

Westbound W MacArthur near the intersection of Turquoise Way, some recent utility work has left this very recessed PG&E cover in the middle of the bike lane, with the asphalt cut away in front making a hole that could easily cause a bike rider to crash.

Please follow up on this to make sure the cover is level with the pavement, not recessed, and that that the asphalt around the cover is flush with no gaps.
