Looks like the RV residents on 37th are getting power from this box. There is an extension cord spliced onto some cable coming out of the box and running to the RV. Pretty resourceful but also seems hella dangerous in all this rain! can someone come safely disconnect. This at the corner of 37th and W MacArthur. Thanks!
