It was my understanding that seeclickfix.com is a mechanism by which the CSB would become aware of issues and thereafter make a complaint and disposition that complaint, as appropriate. As CSB is clearly aware of the issue now, can you tell me why as a citizen I would take the time to report the issue here AND the CSB website? Thank you.
