@LauraBateman -- thanks for reporting this. Just FYI ... I've noticed the city will close such requests unless they specify what needs to be picked up. And although the picture is really helpful, it doesn't necessarily transfer to the city's work order system from the original SCF request. Unfortunately the folks responding to bulk requests often don't read these comments and tend to be overly quick in closing these issues (which is frustrating). If this is closed without being resolved, you might find it more fruitful to open a new request with the "sofa" in it. Not the most efficient, but c'est la vie ...

THE BULK AND BRUSH DIVSION DOES NOT PICKUP FROM APARTMENT COMPLEXES - IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MAINTENANCE STAFF TO REMOVE THESE ITEMS.
