Description

About a month ago, I contacted your office about the tree in the parking area. At the time, several branches had fallen off the tree and I asked that some one come out and trim the tree. Some one did come out and after about 10 minutes, they left. Again today, many branches fell off the tree. I put yellow tape around the tree and all of the branches that I moved to my front yard. My street is very busy and I don't want any one walking or driving by to get hurt. I'm worried about my safety and that of the many people who walk and drive past my house. Please send someone out to actually trim the tree, check on the health of the tree and remove the branches in my front yard. Thank you.
