Description
There are several dogs tied up on short leashes in this yard with insufficient shelter. They are constantly outside despite the below freezing weather and their short coats. I have watched these guys suffering in the cold/hot weather for too long! There is no way in this cold that they are getting 24/7 access to water since the water would freeze up! Please do something to help these poor shivering dogs!!
