Please note that sites for bike racks can be limited on narrow sidewalks due to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirement that a sufficient walkway be left open for people with disabilities.

This would be great - maybe the entire block can be evaluated for opportunities for new racks then given the issues. It would help prevent people locking to trees and accessible parking spaces.
