A sidewalk inspection was not requested for this sale however we caught the sale when we received deed transfers from the county. We went out and did an inspection after and the current owner is responsible for the repairs. There are many more walks that have been inspected that have yet to be repaired, but we are working on getting this corrected. We have had our contractor do several sidewalks to date and will continue to do so, but by doing the oldest ones first.
