Description
Hi there,
This tree about to fall and could damage the my home power line. I spoke with my neighbor and according to him this is act of God. And he is not responsible.
Please guide me what should I do. This tree is in my neighbor property.

As you can see one tree is all ready down but luckily did not damage the power line. However, if an other tree get down, will damage my power line and my property as well.
Kindly help me. Please send your staff to check the tree health. Also pls provide me what is the official policy for neighbor tree fall so I could get legal help.
Thank you

Hello Muhmmad Ansari,
Just a heads up, on March 26, 2020, our town's Tree Warden recategorized this request from "Tree Removal" to "None". That means this request is no longer assigned to any of our town's officials.
I don't know why that happened. I recommend opening a new issue for this request. Also, I might be wrong, but if the tree is on private property, I believe it's the property owner's responsibility to have the tree removed.
Here is the tree removal policy:

I hope this information helps.
