Description

The timing of the signal for traffic coming down hill needs to be lengthened: I have observed and counted 40+ cars waiting for a short signal while there is little traffic on Piedmont. The signal added a left hand turn light for westbound but you have not increased the length of the light for eastbound. It's absurd that the traffic is backed up often to Montgomery or more. Increase the timing for eastbound traffic!
