my name is Sondra Garner 14 2nd avenue--- at end of First St. across from me. the renters have dumped their garbage sacks adjacent to the house... their yard is littered with trash...lots of unusual traffic in front of their house 24/7-- have reported to Task force..hoping and praying a matter of time before they have to vacate . and also up and down First and Spring intersection lots and lots of trash . I have picked up myself-- need a No Littering Sign and a SLOW sign at intersection of First St and Second Street and Second Avenue-- all streets intersect-- traffic at high speeds around the corners that intersection-- no speed limit signs for SLOW signs.... would request to look into fixing this problem. as well.... thank you very much Chi or Shane- and have a Blessed Day.
