The drainage behind Arlington court is backing up every time it rains and it becomes a lake in the back yard I am not sure what is stopping it up.

I checked out the rear of lots 112-116 Arlington Court as well as the downstream culverts at Fairview Drive. I found some forest debris being caught on the sanitary sewer crossing at the creek near lot 116 and some forest debris at the downstream culverts at Fairview. I sent an email with photo to Newnan Utilities in regards to the sanitary sewer crossing. I wrote up and sent a work order to our Street Department to clear any obstructions at the culverts on Fairview.
There were a few pockets of forest debris in the creek, as well as other debris, that would be the responsibility of the property owner(s).
The area to the rear of these lots is shown as being in a flood plain as well (AE).
